For reasons far, very far, beyond my means of understanding (and I can understand a lot of bullshit) Nokia seems to be unwilling to support this need.
Could you show me a way to downlowd MY smses from MY handy onto MY MacBook?
My 6300 is by now running into severe troubles (frequent resets and all sorts of disturbing behaviours like getting stuck during calls etc) because of the overflow of smses.
Thank you for your help!
Sincerely
Hi Koos,

I checked out the link you provide for getting birthdays to work on dabgortra.com. These infos didn't help me at all, and the iphone plugin provided on that page doesn't seem to work with isync version 3 and leopard.

But I did get the birthdays to work now!
The following page is in german, but you should find your way around:
http://www.macuser.de/forum/showthread.php?t=256320

go to the post from "idrops" on April 7 and add the birthday string as indicated after "SyncEngine-series40.plist".

This must be done in the following file:
Applications/iSync.app/Contents/PlugIns/PhoneFamilySync.phoneplugin/Contents/Resources/PhoneConduitv2-series40.plist

It now syncs birthdays from Address Book to nokia 6300 and vice versa. (i.e. the birthday entry for an individual contact on the nokia is synched, and it appears in it's calendar).

Hope someone can use this... the pictures would be nice too, but that isn't as important to me..
